The name Ninth Acre reflects a philosophy of going beyond what is expected, the pursuit of something just out of reach. It is not a place on a map.
It is the idea that there is always another acre to discover, another detail worth pursuing, and another level beyond what is required.
That philosophy guides the way we approach our wines, our estate, and the experiences we create around them.
Napa Valley has been part of our lives for years, a place we returned to repeatedly before eventually making St. Helena our home.
Ninth Acre grew from that connection.
What began as an appreciation for the wines, vineyards, and people of Napa became something more personal: the opportunity to create an estate and a collection of wines that reflect the things we value most, authenticity, craftsmanship, patience, and a sense of place.
We did not create Ninth Acre to replicate what already existed.
The name reflects a philosophy of going beyond what is expected, pursuing the detail, the experience, or the idea that sits just beyond the obvious.
That pursuit continues to shape everything we do.
Beautiful wine.
The people we choose to share it with.
An unrepeatable moment.
What began with a love of Napa Valley became a way of seeing things differently, with greater attention to place, to craft, and to the people with whom we share them.
Ninth Acre was created in pursuit of those rare moments when each comes together and becomes something impossible to repeat.
Handcrafted wines from
